customers including telephone assistance, remote diagnosis,

Cardiopulmonary Corp.’s Customer Support team can assist customers who have been trained on the
Bernoulli® System with questions on usage, troubleshooting and
diagnosing problems. In addition to telephone
assistance, Cardiopulmonary Corp.’s Technical Support team
may access the customer’s Bernoulli® Enterprise System
remotely, as authorized, to diagnose a problem.
