Overview
This graphical presentation permits viewing of both
patient values and ventilator settings. Bernoulli® can be
configured to trend any numeric parameter transmitted by
the ventilator. Initially, the system is set up to
provide standard respiratory trends, but it can be
modified by the clinician to do additional derived value
trending, such as frequency tidal volume calculations
(Rapid Shallow Breathing Index).

Some
ventilators provide trending data and charts for
clinical reference, while other older models simply
do not. Bernoulli® provides a trending feature
for ventilators that do not provide trending. |
